System Broadcast Messages

System Broadcast Messages are text messages sent by the System Administrator. If the system administrator has sent a message that applies to you, a message heading appears in the middle of the top of the WebCapture window. Click the message heading link (Submit Work in this example) to view the full text of message(s).
